To enable whitelisting on your BEC, please follow the below steps:

1. Verify that you have the correct BEC version running, simply check your BEC's name by clicking on it in your service overview in the game panel.

If your BEC has the above name, please open a ticket and state that your Private Shard server has been created with the wrong BEC

If your BEC has the above name, then you are set to follow up the whitelist.

2. On your BEC's server page click on default config files and click on the edit link next to Config\BECConfig.cfg

3.Once that has loaded enable the whitelist and press save, this enabled whitelisting on your server

4. Now the whitelisting has been enabled and be configured by pressing the Edit link next to Config\WhiteList.txt
Below you can find a sample config on how to set this up:
Player GUID followed by short description

abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789 This is my brother.
bbcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789 Guid of Nils Pils.
cbcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789 Friend of Nils Pilsdbcdef.
0123456789abcdef0123456789
Note: - Be sure to leave a line break for each guid as shown above.
