auf der PS4 kannst du aktuell keine Mods hinzufügen. Es ist auch nicht möglich die von dir genannten Waffen zu aktivieren, weil sie auch aus Mods stammen. Vielleicht sind die Waffen in den Vanilla-Files vorhanden, lassen sich aber nicht aktivieren, weil sie noch nicht endgültig freigegeben sind fürs Spiel.
Es bleibt dur wohl nur das eingeschränkte "Modden" deines Servers, wie du es oben beschrieben hast.

Ich kenne das Phänomen aus den ggroßen Schulggebäuden, besonders das in Novaya Petrovka. Wenn man durch die Fenster raus schaute, dann sind teilweise großflächig Texturen verschwunden. Ist ein seltenes, aber normales Phänomen, denke ich.
