Gut möglich damit dies bei den offizellen Hive Server so ist.
Jeder Serveradmin kann einstellen wenn der Server neustartet. Unserer zb. startet (theorestisch) 0 Uhr. -
Sind auf dem Server, in dem Ordner Battleeye, auch die aufgelisteten txt?

Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Hardcore ist die 1.Person. In Hardcore kannst du nicht in die Schulterperspektive schalten.
Die Ingamezeit läuft in Echtzeit, also solltest du abends auf deutschen Server spielen, sind alle dunkel.
Außer der Server wurde manuell angepasst, wie zb. unser GermanDayZ Server, der läuft mit UTC+10
